The Botanic Garden is Sweden's oldest high school garden and has been a source of knowledge for students since the 18th century. It was established by order of Johannes Rudbeckius and is located between Rudbeckianska Gymnasiet and Västerås City Library, just northeast of Västerås Cathedral.
